Family Road Trippin’ ~ Michi Style

26 Aug

Hey all!
I’ve been absent, yes, but I have some pictures! The fam jam and I went on a mini road trip through Michigan, up to Sault Ste. Marie, through Sudbury, and eventually back home again.

Onward to the pictures!!

That little blue house is amazing and ridiculous in equal measure! Is it typical of the architecture there or was it just like the house in Up, sitting there in the middle of the street surrounded by otherwise normal buildings?!

Haha, almost! That might be one of the smallest and quaintest houses I saw on the island. Recalling, most of them were larger and more spacious. There were some red ones, lots of pastel yellow, some lilac ones and other cute colour schemes! Mostly all of them were kept very clean with crisp white trimming and well tended flower beds. The island does attract many tourists, so I’m sure they have to keep up a certain image 🙂

Ahh, where you been man? I’ve missed you. Great pics. Especially loving you with the bear.

Just been enjoying summer! It’s been rather mild here; usually it’s much hotter.
Thanks for the comment! I do have a thing for bears 😉
